Warranty


All Product with the latest models comes with an RTB 12 month warranty

All Old model equipment warranty come with 3 or 6 months Warranty

All items with a Manufacturer Warranty are not acceptable if anything wrong contact directly with Apple or the item manufacturer.

All Brand new items Or CPO packed items Return is only acceptable if it’s in the same seal condition after opening if anything wrong contact Apple or the manufacturer.

The warranty does not cover any software conflicts created by the user and no warranty for software installed.

Battery warranty is only for 1st 60 days after that battery does not cover under warranty.

Accessories comethe  with product like charger, cable, plug or headphone only cover for 30 days.

Any accidental damage, liquid damage, damage with mishandling of item or due to pressure on screen damage does not cover under warranty.


Faulty products


Our  store provides a 3 month to 12 month warranty on ALL faulty small box products and pristine large appliances, applicable from the date of payment.

If your item develops a fault within the warranty period, we may offer repair or an exchange for the same, or a similar product, depending on our current stock. If we don’t have stock available for an exchange we order faulty part and it may take some time to

To qualify for a refund the product must be:

In the same condition as supplied to you
Complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it
If possible, with the original box and packaging
The above warranties do not cover non-faulty products, nor issues caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

If a product is returned as faulty but found not to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of accident, neglect or misuse, no costs will be refunded.

Serial numbers of all parts and products will be verified against the returned item/s. If the serial number/s of the returned item/s are found not to correspond with the original serial number/s, no costs will be refunded.

Any form of investigation, intervention or repair undertaken on your purchase by any party other than Manufacturer will result in the invalidation of the applicable product warranty, and a return will not be accepted and no costs will be refunded.

All warranties are non-transferrable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges


The  store sells some end-of-line products, so this type of stock is limited and we may not have a direct replacement available for an exchange.

Returns are FREE & EASY


For all exchange & returns queries please contact us via the EMAIL Message ON CONTACT US OPTION.

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return, letting you know your parcel has been received & a refund or exchange has been processed.

 

REFUNDS 

Your account will be refunded once we have received your return.

In all cases, goods must be received before refunds are given.

We’ll email you once our warehouse receives the item it normally take 24-48Hrs.

You can expect your refund to be processed within 48 hours of us confirming we have received the item. You will receive an email confirming your return has been received and a refund has been processed.

Express delivery costs will only be refunded if you notify us within 30 calendar days of delivery, and

You received an incorrect item.
You received a damaged item.
You received a faulty item.
Refunds will be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, depending on your payment method issuer.
